VPCP successfully commissioned its manufacturing unit, in 1985, with the drug intermediate, 3,4,5-TRIMETHOXY BENZALDEHYDE, used in the manufacture of bulk drugs, TRIMETHOPRIM, a staticobacterial. In 1990, VPCP, successfully embarked on an expansion programme for manufacture of bulk drugs.
