A multipurpose pulverizing machine works on the principle of powdering materials due to impact in-between swing hammers and fixed serrated plates. Material enters the impact pulverizer through feeding tray to pulverizing chamber and gets powdered. The finely powdered material will be carried away with air pressure through the blower to the cyclone separator, where product can be collected. Impact pulverizer is of robust construction, fabricated with heavy steel plates to withstand pulverizing forces and vibrations. The parts prone to wear are made of or coated with special grade steels.Â

Suitable for powdering coal, minerals, ochres, CMC, chemicals and pharmaceuticals etc.
Capacity:Â Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. The impact pulverizers are made of mild steel, stainless steel contact parts and in fully stainless steel grade SS 304 or SS 316.Â
