Filter Nutch is used for effective mechanical Separation of bulk particle solid from the process slurry. It is a totally closed unit which normally operates vacuum, It also operates under inert gas pressure or combination of Vacuum and Pressure, The vessel is divided into two compartments by means of a perforated plates with suitable filter cloth or porous tiles. Slurry is fed into the tope compartments from where the filtrate passes into the lower compartment through the filtering media and then flows to its destination. Solids are deposited on the filtering media in the top compartment and take the shape of cake of uniform thickness. Cylindrical vessel is completely sealed for pressure and vacuum conditions. An agitator of unique design is provided inside the vessel. This agitator can perform multifarious acclivities by manipulation its movements of vertical and rotational directions simultaneously by push button switches. This equipments can be used in manufacturing process of various chemicals, Pesticides, Insecticides, Dyes and Intermediates, Food products and Pharmaceutica. |
