It is widely used for processing of thermo sensitive products by compacting without distorting physical and chemical properties of the product. Jacketing is provided in all process sensitive area like rolls, bowl and hopper. The Hot/Cold fluid/water at low pressure can be circulated for removal of heat from rolls or heating rolls. Quick release couplings are provided with non-return valve to avoid spillage during dismanting, cleaning or sterilization process. WHY NECESSARY: To improve bulk density.
