Outstanding Limits of Detection reaching the mid Pico gram Levels can be obtained with SEDEX 90 LT, as it is shown here in a generic LC analysis of Lipids. The overall Dynamic Range of SEDEX 90LT exceeds the 4 Orders of Magnitude. Analyzing Hydrocortisone, 5 ng on columns is clearly detected at Gain 12 and 200ug is still within the scale at Gain 1. Therefore, impurities of less than 0.01% can be typically detected and measured in the same run as the main compound using an automatic Gain Change setting.
